Pursuant to Article 10 (1) of the Aviation Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Article 12 (3) of the BIH Law on Ministerial Appointments, Council of Ministers Appointments and Other Appointments, and Article 17 of the Law on the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Council of Ministers, in its 28th session held on 24 February 2021, appointed Čedomir Šušnjar as Director General of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Directorate of Civil Aviation, Muharem Šabić as Deputy Director General for the Flight Safety and Security Department, and Marin Raspudić as Deputy Director General for the Air Navigation and Aerodromes Department.
The BHDCA Director General and Deputies Director General have been appointed for a 4-year mandate, starting on 16 March 2021.
The decisions on the appointments of the Director General and Deputies Director General were published in the Official Gazette of BIH 17/21 of 19 March 2021.
