The BHDCA informs the interested public, institutions, organisations, operators, associations and individuals that the Rulebook laying down requirements and administrative procedures related to aerodromes has been published in the Official Gazette of BIH 17/21 of 19 March 2021.
This Rulebook transposes the provisions of Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014 of 12 February 2014 laying down requirements and administrative procedures related to aerodromes and the provisions of the Basic Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2018 relating to Section IV - Aerodromes.
The Rulebook shall enter into force on the eighth day following the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of BIH, i.e. on 27 March 2021.
